- Are you an overcomer? And how did you conquer your situation?
- I was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 19 y.o. Insulin dependant. Started dieting, eating healthy, lost weight, eventually stopped taking insulin, put on oral meds, THEN removed now I self manage my diabetes!! In May 2007 at the age of 28y.o. I was blessed with a healthy daughter Treasure who is now almost 16 months.

- I am founder of 226. A non-profit (pending approval) organization that provides youth with healthy outlets, family activites, reduce statistics. Biblical teachings.
